We're a family-run company building a four-person crew. We want people who take pride in their work, look out for each other, and treat every client's home as if it were their own.

1 position

Lead Carpenter

Experience in every phase of residential construction: layout, forming and foundations, framing, roofing, siding, decks, windows and doors, finish carpentry and renovation
Reads plans, works out materials and schedules, and keeps each job on time and on budget
Leads and trains the crew, runs the job site day to day, and works with subcontractors and inspectors
Puts safety first, every day, for everyone on site
A Hawaii contractor's license, or the experience to qualify for one, is a strong plus

3 positions

Carpenter

Solid carpentry experience; a mix of experience levels is welcome, and we'll help a willing learner grow
Able to frame and finish, and to work safely with hand and power tools
Works well as part of a team

For every position

What we ask, and what to expect

Your own basic hand tools, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
Able to do physical work outdoors, including lifting and work at heights
OSHA 10 or other safety training is a plus
Willingness to complete a background check
Full time, at job sites in Hawaiʻi. Pay is based on experience and discussed with each candidate.
