How Care Works
Starting home care can feel like a big step. Here is what it looks like with us, and we'll go at a pace that's right for your family.
A first conversation about your loved one, the help that's needed and your questions.
Hayley or a care manager visits at home to understand needs, routines, safety and what matters most.
We write a care plan with you, agree on the schedule and rates, and sign a simple agreement.
We choose a caregiver who fits the person and the plan, and introduce them before care begins.
Care begins. We check in often, supervise our caregivers, and update the plan as needs change.
Our promise
We serve clients only once licensed by the Hawaiʻi Department of Health, Office of Health Care Assurance, and we welcome its inspections.
Background checks, training and regular supervision for every caregiver.
Your personal and health information is kept private and shared only as you allow.
Paying for care
Care is usually paid privately by the family. Some long-term care insurance policies help with home care, and we're glad to help you with the paperwork. We'll explain our rates clearly before care begins.
Let's talk
Whether you need a few hours a week or help around the clock, we'll listen, visit you at home, and plan care that fits your family.
